North Berwick is a steep conical hill - a volcanic plug - rising to 187 metre (614 feet). The summit area contains relics of old look outposts from the C18 as well as WW2. A replica whale's jawbone tops the summit, replacing sets of jawbones that have been located here for 250 years. Superb views from the summit of the outer Forth estuary. A waymarked path leads up to and back from the top of the Law.
